Role Overview
The Web DevOps Engineer will be responsible for supporting and managing the infrastructure that powers Zoom’s communication products. The engineer will work closely with development teams, operations teams, and other technical specialists to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
One of the main responsibilities of the Web DevOps Engineer is managing Linux-based systems. Most large-scale technology platforms rely on Linux servers to run their applications, so strong knowledge of Linux administration is essential. The candidate should be comfortable working with distributions such as RedHat and Ubuntu.
Another important responsibility is managing CI/CD pipelines. Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) allow software updates to be tested and released quickly. Tools like Jenkins and Argo CD are commonly used for this purpose. The engineer will use these tools to automate testing and deployment processes.
The role also involves working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Instead of manually configuring servers, modern systems use code to define and manage infrastructure. Tools such as Terraform and Ansible help automate infrastructure management and ensure consistency across environments.
The engineer will also work with cloud platforms, especially Amazon Web Services (AWS). Additional Skills and Experience
