📌 Role: Technical Support Consultant (R0040376)
📍 Location: Office – Pune – Panchshil Business Park (India)
💼 Type: Full-Time (Rotational shifts covering U.S. daytime hours)
What you will be doing:
🔹 Interacting with customers to troubleshoot and resolve critical product issues, configurations, and bugs.
🔹 Modifying and building application and content configurations while strictly meeting SLAs.
🔹 Collaborating with product and solutions teams to convey customer requests and improve current designs.
🔹 Analyzing the clinical impact of software issues and enhancements alongside cross-functional teams.
🔹 Mentoring junior team members and developing training content for both customers and support staff.
What you need to bring to the table:
✅ 5+ years of experience supporting hospital/healthcare software, OR hands-on hospital experience as a clinician, registered nurse (RN), or clinical pharmacist.
✅ Deep understanding of the US Healthcare domain, HIT terminology, and patient care environments.
✅ Ability to prioritize issues based on their direct impact on patient care. ✅ Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and customer support skills.
✅ Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Pharmacy, Nursing Informatics, OR equivalent IT/Computer Science engineering experience.
✅ Willingness to work U.S. shifts, with flexibility for after-hours or on-call support.
🌟 Bonus points: Experience with HL7, MLM, ServiceNow, Azure environments, Sunrise applications, or writing SQL queries!
