What you will be doing:
πŸ”Ή Interacting with customers to troubleshoot and resolve critical product issues, configurations, and bugs.
πŸ”Ή Modifying and building application and content configurations while strictly meeting SLAs.
πŸ”Ή Collaborating with product and solutions teams to convey customer requests and improve current designs.
πŸ”Ή Analyzing the clinical impact of software issues and enhancements alongside cross-functional teams.
πŸ”Ή Mentoring junior team members and developing training content for both customers and support staff.

What you need to bring to the table:
βœ… 5+ years of experience supporting hospital/healthcare software, OR hands-on hospital experience as a clinician, registered nurse (RN), or clinical pharmacist.
βœ… Deep understanding of the US Healthcare domain, HIT terminology, and patient care environments.
βœ… Ability to prioritize issues based on their direct impact on patient care. βœ… Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and customer support skills.
βœ… Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Pharmacy, Nursing Informatics, OR equivalent IT/Computer Science engineering experience.
βœ… Willingness to work U.S. shifts, with flexibility for after-hours or on-call support.
