Educational Qualification For Maharashtra Police Recruitment 2026
Legal Officer Group B
Candidates must fulfill the following conditions:
- Must possess a Law Degree from a recognized university.
- Must be a registered advocate.
- Minimum 5 years experience in legal practice is required.
- Candidates should have knowledge of:

- Administrative Law
- Departmental Inquiry Procedures
- Candidates must know Marathi, Hindi, and English languages.
- Experience in government legal work will be considered valid experience.

Selection Process
The selection process includes:

- Written Exam: 50 Marks
- Interview: 25 Marks

Three times the number of vacancies will be shortlisted for interviews based on written exam performance.
